Nottingham’s HipHop sensation Juga-Naut will be headlining a very special occasion on a Hackney rooftop. Playing a pivital role in not just the UK HipHop scene but now Juga-Naut is respected universally as a true artist in all its forms. Having opened to the likes of Rakim and DJ Premier, Juga’s stage presence has been truly missed and now has a chance to bless London.
Joining Juga-Naut is DJ and producer Jazz T, CEO of Boot Records and the 99′ UK ITF Champ. Jazz composed Juga’s first 7in release “Marble & Granite” that dropped earlier this year which has received strong praise across the board. He will be spinnin’ and scratchin’ an exclusive set along with being Juga-Naut’s show DJ.
Opening this event will be JDA, a singer and producer that has been circulating London’s underground RnB scene for the past few years. Her approach to the music she makes is very natural and her strong voice comes so effortlessly. She will bring along a full band that is guaranteed to set a vibe perfect for an evening of true UK music. JDA has been taking a break from her musical venture and has kindly stepped back into it for this special event at Dalston Roof Park.
Being an outside venue it is advised to wrap up although the event space is totally covered and holds a D&B audiotechnik soundsystem that brings an exciting clarity to sound that is deserving for such artists.
