Describe your mix.
I need to set the context, due to Miss rona I haven’t been really pushing my djing skills recently in favour of trying to produce more music and explore different style. I guess like most of the music artist at the moment I am missing the experience of live music so
therefore I decided to build a simple but effective mix picturing what’s would make
me vibe on a dancefloor if hypothetically the club culture survive. Most of it is Detroit Electro inspired as you can tell from the grooves and the
predominance of intense Snares and Claps but always sprinkled with more generic percussive techno tracks that contain weird non identified sonorities Extraterrestrial like.
What are you working on at the moment?
I am trying to create a new way of experiencing music through interactive medium like video games for example, I am learning C/SHARP coding solution at the moment in order to be able to build my own in Unity and implement my music in it. A kind of crypto EP/ Crypto Videogame.
1 record shop recommendation?
I’ll back Techno Import until I die, it’s in Paris near Bastille, not necessarily because of the great techno selection but for the really nice owner Dj Mazen, he has always been really available and helpful even though i was really new to digging in shops at that time. He doesn’t behave in a way that make you feel he created a cure for cancer like some other record shop owner do.xx
1 music venue/club you have love for.
L’appart Café, it’s a small venue in Reims the city where I am from, unfortunately did not survive the pandemic :(, it’s basically where I started with my mate back In the days under the Alias of Elephant Building. That venue was really eclectic and even sometimes a bit odd but definitely an unmissable place back in the days when techno music was still quite niche in this provincial town.
